The Digital Supply Chain Institute and the International Semiconductor Industry Group Announce Strategic Partnership to Transform Semiconductor Supply Chains

NEW YORK, April 10 – The International Semiconductor Industry Group (I.S.I.G.) and the Digital Supply Chain Institute (DSCI) are pleased to announce the launch of the Supply Chain Constellation of Value (CoV) Working Group. This collaboration will bring together senior leaders from eight leading semiconductor companies to develop next-generation supply chain structures that are resilient, innovative, and environmentally sustainable.

The initiative is based on DSCI’s Constellation of Value (CoV) framework, a new approach to supply chain transformation. The CoV is designed to help companies identify and connect the key value-creating elements of their supply chains—including suppliers, logistics partners, and digital ecosystems—to drive efficiency, resilience, and innovation. By leveraging data, automation, and strategic partnerships, the CoV enables companies to mitigate risks, quickly respond to market disruptions, and enhance sustainability in today’s complex global economy.

Under this partnership, I.S.I.G. and DSCI will spearhead a 12-month initiative focused on transforming supply chain management in the semiconductor industry. The CoV Working Group will provide a customized execution playbook and facilitate high-level collaboration on best practices, geopolitical risk management, sustainability mandates, and regulatory challenges.

“The semiconductor industry is at a critical juncture where supply chain resilience and innovation are no longer optional—they are essential,” said Marko Kovacevic, Managing Director of DSCI. “Through this partnership, we will provide semiconductor industry leaders with the insights and strategies to navigate the complex global landscape and drive meaningful transformation.”
As part of its role, I.S.I.G. will leverage its extensive global semiconductor network to bring together key stakeholders, facilitate monthly working sessions, and provide strategic oversight on industry-specific supply chain challenges. DSCI will contribute proprietary insights and best practices in digital supply chain management, offering research, case studies, and access to leading supply chain experts.
“Collaboration is key to the future of our industry, and the CoV Working Group will serve as a catalyst for real change,” said Salah Nasri, Chief Executive Officer of I.S.I.G. “By uniting the brightest minds in semiconductor supply chains, we can create a more agile, secure, and sustainable future for our industry.”

The CoV Working Group will officially commence operations during the third quarter, with participation limited to eight semiconductor companies to ensure focused, high-impact discussions and implementations. Monthly sessions will be held to define and advance supply chain transformation priorities, with customized projects initiated by members to accelerate innovation.
