Maria Loy is a Senior Program Manager with more than 36 years of global experience leading business and digital transformation initiatives. Prior to joining DSCI, she spent her career at IBM, where she led complex global programs spanning AI adoption, process improvement, and organizational change.

At DSCI, Maria supports strategic initiatives, research programs, and member engagement focused on digital transformation and supply chain innovation.

Maria holds a Diploma in Economics from Bochum University of Applied Sciences and an MBA from Henley Management College (UK). She is a certified Project Management Professional (PMP®) and certified Agile Coach.
