25:25 TrailblazeHers Leadership Program

At DSCI, we are committed to helping women build fulfilling careers in supply chain management. The TrailblazeHers Program was created to address the gender imbalance within supply chain leadership by inspiring emerging women leaders and providing them with the guidance they need to advance in their careers as leaders. Over the past five years, TrailblazeHers has supported more than 90 women in growing professionally and excelling in their supply chain roles. The 25:25 Leadership Program will select 25 women with 1-5 years of supply chain experience to be mentored by 25 exceptional women supply chain leaders. Over the course of three months, participants will engage in six online learning modules covering a variety of challenges encountered in both supply chain operations and career development.

Those accepted into the program will benefit from the following professional growth opportunities:

Live Sessions

led by DSCI experts and business leaders, offering training on current supply chain challenges and trends

Open Mic Sessions

platform for participants to discuss common challenges in the workplace

Peer Network

for collaboration, networking and joint-problem solving

Individualized Mentorship

four hours of one-on-one support over three months

A Community

of TrailblazeHers alumnae, from the past 4 years of the program

The application period for the program is June 16-30, 2025. The live and open mic sessions for 25:25 will be held via Zoom on July 17, 24 and 31; August 14 and 24; and September 18, from 10 a.m. to 11 a.m. Eastern Time. Live session 2, on August 7, will take place from 10 a.m. to 11:30 a.m. Eastern Time. Participants are responsible for coordinating and scheduling meetings with their assigned mentor between July and September. Participants can expect to spend approximately four hours per month in July and August on program activities, with the program concluding in September.
