Marko Kovacevic
Marko Kovacevic believes that the greatest opportunities emerge when people choose to build together. Throughout his career, he has led organizations and international initiatives that transform bold ideas into scalable reality by bringing together people, innovation, and purposeful execution across industries, sectors, and geographies.
As Managing Director of the Digital Supply Chain Institute (DSCI), Marko leads a global community of executives, innovators, researchers, and international organizations committed to advancing the future of supply chains, artificial intelligence, digital trade, and business transformation. His work focuses on building collaborative ecosystems where organizations learn from one another, accelerate innovation, and create practical solutions to complex global challenges.
Earlier in his career, Marko served as Executive Director of the Atlantic Council of Serbia and held international leadership roles within the Atlantic Treaty Association. He later joined Trizma, where he contributed to the growth of one of Southeast Europe’s leading business services companies, shaping his approach to scaling organizations, developing leaders, and creating sustainable growth.
A graduate of Harvard Business School’s Owner/President Management Program (OPM 52), the Stanford Executive Program (SEP), Grenoble École de Management, and the University of Belgrade, Marko has spent more than two decades working across Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and North America.
Marko believes that lasting impact is created when people come together around a shared purpose, combine their strengths, and turn complex challenges into opportunities for sustainable growth.
